Surprisingly, most users have not heard of this Android cookie, which Acer touts to be its flagship smartphone.
With the highlights most certainly being the OS and AcerCloud technology, the appearance too seems to have received some sort of recognition by tech enthusiasts. According to Pocket-lint, the company claims to be the recipient of the iF design award 2012 for the aforesaid mobile device with respect to its appealing design.
As far as the specs are concerned, this gadget seems to have quite a few attributes that may just get it on potential users’ wishlists. A 4.3-inch HD display transfixed into a profile thinner than 10mm is what the exterior could look like. Besides this, it is also cited to feature Dolby sound that is sure to ignite some anticipation with regards to the sound quality.
The manufacturers of the smartphone claim that this is the first handset to give users an opportunity to harness AcerCloud technology. The innovative inclusion is a facility dedicated to enable effective document management.
The Acer CloudMobile exact release date and price details have not been mentioned. However, the smartphone is expected to be launched by the conclusion of February at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Thereafter, it will reportedly hit shelves in Q3, 2012.
